Men 14-17

$600 Let me know by 4/5/2025

What to expect over these 2 weeks:

  • We will spend a lot of time in God’s Word.
  • We will hear from many godly men who have a passion for Christ and to share Him with the next generation.
  • We will be having basic medical class, how to defend your house, playing sports, doing team building activities, repelling, rock climbing, working on our physical fitness, canoeing, swimming, and going on night adventures – because I am in a firm believer in having a blast together!!!

My goal and vision is to challenge young men physically and spiritually around other young men who want a closer relationship with Christ.

In this day in age, we lack men who want to be men, much less godly men! Young men need a challenge, something to conquer, and hard things to make us realize we can’t live life on our own. These 2 weeks will be difficult and challenging, but I hope worth it for each one! I pray that each young man leaves more of a man than before and with a closer walk with Christ.

Why Men of Valor

I got the name from a friend who had wanted to teach young men to the manly things and to learn to do things every guy should know. So I wanted to create an enviorment to challenge young men spiritually and physically. I know the teenage years are very impactful in a young men and a camp is something we remember for a very long time. I still remember going to a camp when I was 16 and coming to a realization that I needed to decide what side of the fence I was going to be on. For God or for myself and when I saw other young men wanting to have a close relationship with Christ it made me want to have my own personal relationship with God and not just because of my parents. From that point in my life I have had the opportunity to invest in the lives of many other young men. I am reminded of 2 Timothy 3 where it talks about how in the last days people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, without self-control, and ultimately lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. We are in those last days, and I want to challenge young men to seek Christ first before what sports games or movies we watch, what video games we play, or what status we hold in life. I want to see men living actively according to God’s Word instead of what will entertain them next.
